Services

Provyx provides data validation and enrichment services for organizations that work with healthcare practices. We verify and enrich provider and practice business details, such as provider name, credentials, specialty, practice location, business phone, business email, and practice website, against public and professional sources including the CMS NPI Registry, state licensing boards, practice websites, Google Business Profiles, and professional networking profiles. Our deliverables are the verified and enriched records produced by that work.

Permitted Use

Deliverables provided by Provyx may be used for legitimate B2B marketing, sales outreach, market research, and business analytics purposes. You agree not to use our deliverables for:

• Spam or unsolicited bulk communications that violate CAN-SPAM or similar regulations
• Any purpose that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Reselling or redistributing our deliverables to third parties without written permission
• Harassment, stalking, or any form of abuse directed at the providers or practices in a deliverable

Data Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy through verification against public registries and multiple sources. However, provider information changes frequently. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and recommend verifying critical contacts before high-stakes communications.

Payment and Refunds

Payment is due upon delivery. For subscription plans, payment is due monthly in advance. We offer a satisfaction guarantee: if a deliverable does not meet the specifications agreed upon in your order, we will re-deliver corrected records or issue a credit toward future purchases.

Intellectual Property

The Provyx website, brand, and proprietary verification and enrichment methods are our intellectual property. Deliverables provided to you are licensed for your use under the Permitted Use terms above.

Limitation of Liability

Provyx provides deliverables "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific engagement in question.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
